Let's take you to try the original Xiao Long Bao, the famous dish at Din Tai Fung in Taipei 101. This restaurant originated in Taiwan in 1958 on Xinyi Road in Taipei, before becoming famous worldwide and earning a Michelin Star. This makes everyone want to try the original dish. I personally like it here more than in Bangkok. The branch I visited this time is the one in Taipei 101, which is full of tourists. There are a lot of people waiting in front of the restaurant, but they have a modern system where you can take a menu with a queue number and tick off your order in advance. Then, hand it to them and they will give you a small queue slip, which you can use to check your queue number on their mobile app. When your number is called, you can come back to pick up your food. There are also souvenir shops nearby, or you can walk out to take pictures in front of the building.

"Queueing System"
Despite the large crowd, their management system is modern. We walked in and picked up a queue number from a paper menu, ticked the food we wanted, and handed it back to them. They will give us this piece of paper, which will have a QR code. We can download the app from the QR code to check if it's our turn yet.

"Cleanliness"
The staff are diligently making soup dumplings, and the environment appears clean and tidy.
