Most people travel north or south, but have they forgotten that the Northeast also has beautiful tourist attractions that are just as worth visiting as other regions? Let's take a look at this trip to the 3 northeastern provinces.
This trip travels by the new train, Isan Makkha (Bangkok - Nong Khai), but we don't go all the way to the end of the line, we get off at Udon Thani.
Stepping off the train, I was immediately greeted by the rain.
For breakfast, we went to "King's Ocha," a famous restaurant in Udon Thani. As expected, the restaurant was crowded because it was popular, but we waited and finally got to eat. Let's take a look at the menu.
We are now ready to embark on our journey. Our first stop is Wat Pa Phu Kon, a temple located 120 kilometers from Udon Thani city. We will pay our respects and seek blessings before continuing our adventure.
A short distance further, you will encounter Wat Pha Tak Sua, a landmark of Nong Khai province.
The view from the temple is stunning, with views of Laos. If you come early in the morning, you might even see fog.
And the glass walkway that everyone must visit.
Another scenic spot in Nong Khai province is Phu Huai Isan, located in Sangkhom district. This location offers stunning views of the mist-covered sea. To reach the viewpoint, visitors must ride an "e-tan" (a local pickup truck) operated by villagers (arrangements can be made through your resort). However, the road is inaccessible during rainy weather. The ideal time to visit is between 5:30 and 8:00 AM. Be warned, the ascent is both thrilling and bumpy, enough to wake you up from your slumber at 5:00 AM!
It took almost an hour to arrive.

- I am ready to translate sentences or phrases from Thai to English.

After descending from Phu, continue to Than Thip Waterfall, which has a total of 3 tiers. The first and second tiers can be accessed independently, but the third tier requires a guide. In my opinion, the first and second tiers are already beautiful.
We continued our journey to Bueng Kan province. One of the first highlights was the Wat Chetiyakhiri Wihan (Wat Phu Tok). The climb up the mountain was daunting, with a seemingly endless staircase.
Exhausted but worth it, the view is truly beautiful and the descent is thrilling.
The final destination, a recent addition and a highlight of the province, is the Three Whales Rock. To reach the Three Whales Rock, search for "Phu Sing" on the map. Contact the staff there to arrange transportation, as private cars are not permitted on the route.
This path is very slippery, please be careful.
The sentence is already in English and does not require translation.
Don't miss out.
Thank you to everyone who has read and enjoyed our journey. Please like, share, and care for us.
