Traveler's log: Erawan Waterfall, October 21-23, 2017. Stayed in town for 1 night, then went to sleep at the waterfall on the 22nd.
If we talk about Erawan Waterfall, this is the 3rd time Jack has visited this waterfall. The image in my imagination is a waterfall with no people playing in the water.
Oh, I'll tell you it's very difficult. Why come here? I'll tell you later.
Erawan Waterfall is located in Si Sawat District, Kanchanaburi Province. There are 7 floors in total, with a distance of 1,520 meters.
Floor 1: Lai Khoi Rang, Floor 2: Wang Maccha, Floor 3: Pha Namtok, Floor 4: Ok Nang Phee Seu,
Floor 5: Beu Mai Long, Floor 6: Dong Phrueksa, Floor 7: Phu Pha Erawan
It is a very easy waterfall to travel to. The roads are convenient and accessible to all types of vehicles.
You can drive yourself, or if you don't have a car, there is a public bus that goes directly to the waterfall.

Before we continue our journey, I would like to ask you to follow Jack's page. You can follow Jack's travel and photography journey here.

After selling, we can continue our journey. Haha!!!!

The hiking trail from the campsite to the 7th tier of the waterfall is available on Jackup's page. Please click on this link to access it.

Video of the path to Erawan Waterfall

From Bangkok, take a van from Mo Chit to Kanchanaburi Bus Terminal (KhbS). Then, board a bus at the terminal, which will take you directly to Erawan National Park. Park rangers will collect the entrance fee on the bus.

The entrance fee to the park is 100 baht. Once you reach the parking lot, you can start walking to visit each level of the waterfall.

Remember to bring water with you, it's very important because you will be walking a lot and there are high stairs to climb.
Inside the park, there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops selling water. It's very convenient.
******The park also has a camping ground.
For those who wish to camp, the steps are as follows:
Go to the tourist service center and fill out the paperwork.

Then head to the campsite. If you are driving, you can drive directly to the campsite. The distance from the Tourist Service Center is not far, but it is tiring to walk. If you don't like walking, you can drive.

The park provides golf carts for rent. Upon arrival at the campsite, please visit the tourist service center inside for further assistance. Camping equipment, including tents, bedding, cooking utensils, stoves, and bicycles, is available for rent at the center.

Cold water and soft drinks are available for purchase.
Snacks and daily necessities are available in limited quantities. It is recommended to bring your own from outside for convenience.
There are restrooms, showers, and water sinks for washing dishes available at various locations.

Upon entering, you can choose your tent location freely.

We're setting up camp here by the river. The atmosphere is amazing, and it would be incredibly romantic at night. It would be nice to have someone to share it with, though. Oh well, I guess I'm a little lonely.

After packing your belongings, it's time to head to the waterfall. The first and second levels offer designated areas for dining, shops, and restrooms, making it a convenient and comfortable spot for a picnic.

Let's take a look at the walkway. The path will be stairs.

The terrain varied between dirt and rocks, and at times we had to wade through water due to the heavy rainfall during our visit. As we ascended, the water became shallower, making for a fun and challenging experience.

The place was packed with people. We walked up to the 7th floor, but there weren't many good photo opportunities. We gave up and started to wonder when we should come back. This is our third time here, but we're still hopeful. Maybe we'll wake up early tomorrow and try again, in case we can get some good shots.

Please show me the image of the 7th floor. I stayed on the 7th floor for a long time, waiting for people to go down, but it was in vain. There were always a lot of people. I stayed until the staff asked me to leave. I got this picture.

7th floor. Eravan Waterfall

Jack, his heart heavy with disappointment, descended from the seventh floor and returned to the tent.

Free time. Capture the things around you, the things in your backpack, and take pictures for fun.

I'm alone and too lazy to cook. Instant noodles and canned fish are the best options.

A small speaker for listening to music in case of loneliness.

Compact and portable towel, folds to a small size, fits easily in a backpack without taking up much space.

I have been here three times and finally got the park stamp.

This portable towel set includes a bath towel and a face towel, perfect for backpackers. It dries quickly, saves space in your backpack, and can be used 3-4 times before being discarded at the end of your trip. It is also biodegradable. I highly recommend it because I love it! 555555

Tent front view

As night fell, I felt a strong urge to photograph the stars. However, the conditions were not ideal, with trees and lights obstructing the view. Despite the limitations, I managed to capture a few shots.

DAY 2 Ready to go! Walking the waterfall for the 4th round.

Aromatic coffee on a beautiful morning.

I like this kind of feeling. I don't have to rush to open my eyes and watch the sunrise, because I can't see it.

Spending time with loved ones and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee from the mountains.

The coffee grinder is another prop that we really like.

Alright, alright, let's put the chill on hold for now. We have a mission to accomplish: to capture the first images of the waterfall this morning.

Upon reaching the waterfall, we were awestruck. At the time of our arrival, only 2-3 individuals were present. It was truly a paradise.

Following Jack, let's take a look at the images. Some are clear, some are not. I had to hurry because people started chasing after me.

The fifth floor is boring, I don't want to go down.

The trip was a success, feeling like a winner for finally having a waterfall all to myself. I highly recommend Erawan Waterfall.

To capture stunning photos, consider setting up a tent and spending a relaxing night. Waking up early will allow you to capture beautiful, serene images.
