As the rainy season ends and the cool season begins, many people plan to find places to travel to enjoy the cool breeze, see the white mist on the mountains, and the lush greenery of the trees. For us, this trip was an invitation from the "Kon Chop Tieow" gang to chase the sea of mist at Phu Thap Boek. But on the way, let's stop here first.
"Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park"
The Hin Rong Kla cliffs are a historical site of a protracted conflict between communist insurgents and government forces, spanning over 15 years. This location witnessed the heroism of Thai soldiers, and the remnants of past structures have been preserved to this day.

Tourist attractions in Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park
Shattered Rock Field

The nature trail in the park is approximately 3 kilometers long and offers several points of interest. However, due to limited time, we opted to explore only the recommended spots, following a shortcut along the cliff face. We were confident in avoiding getting lost as we had hired a park guide. The cost of the guide was at our discretion.
Along the path, you will see a wide stone courtyard with trees of various sizes and beautiful flowers of various kinds.

Stone Button Yard**
We have arrived! Luckily, when we reached the patterned rock formations, the sky cleared, revealing the equally stunning scenery on the other side.
However, our luck ran out. We had just taken three photos when it suddenly started raining as if the heavens were playing a trick on us. We had to run for cover, but there was nowhere to hide. I was worried that my camera would be damaged. This is a reminder that when traveling during the rainy season, it is essential to always have an umbrella or raincoat with you.
