1. The cost of an E-Taek truck to take you up to Phu E-Loi, including round-trip transportation, is 700 baht. One truck can accommodate approximately 5-6 people, resulting in an average cost of only 100 baht per person. This is an incredible value!
2. The cost of maintaining the facilities is 30 baht per night for those who bring their own tents to pitch on the top (tent rentals are also available; it is recommended to book in advance).

Personally, I was very impressed with this place. I didn't have to hike to enjoy the stunning 360-degree views, and I was also able to see the stars and the sea of mist.
