But when I arrived, I was met with the kindness of the staff here, which made me even more impressed.

The fresh, high-quality crab is sourced directly from local fishermen in Ban Nam Khem and nearby communities. The Cha-Phlu leaves, grown in the resort's own pesticide-free garden, add a unique and aromatic touch to the dish.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp Paste with Herbs

This traditional recipe delivers a bold and flavorful shrimp paste dip, known as "nam prik goong siap takola." Served with boiled eggs, steamed vegetables, and fresh herbs, this dish is a true culinary delight.

Original Teakwood Braised Pork

A local specialty with a unique recipe passed down through generations. This dish stands out with its subtle cinnamon aroma and melt-in-your-mouth tender pork belly. The chef marinates the pork with soy sauce, palm sugar, garlic, coriander root, and black pepper, ensuring every morsel is infused with flavor. The meticulous cooking process takes over two hours, resulting in a flavorful "Mu Hong" with a perfectly balanced sweet and savory sauce.
