Activities: Eating and traveling

...Sometimes, journeys happen unexpectedly, without any prior hopes or expectations. The sight of clean and tidy buildings, diverse tourist attractions, unique architectural designs, and advanced technologies all integrated into a small city, yet perfectly in harmony with its limited population and space. This is further enhanced by the image of a highly disciplined society. For me, this trip was far beyond my expectations...

...If you're ready, let's start our journey to see the pictures from now on.

...soaring through the sky with AirAsia at around 10:45 Thai time, heading for Changi Airport, arriving at 2:00 PM Singapore time, which is one hour ahead of Thailand... After boarding the plane and listening to the safety instructions and procedures from the staff for a while, all that was left was to wait for the food menu from the staff before starting to rest my eyes lightly against the window glass...

...The two-hour flight to Singapore was long enough for me to take a few naps. Each time I woke up, I would look out the airplane window at the ever-changing scenery, which was like watching TV, only live and in high definition...

...After folding itself for 2 hours, the airplane's wheels finally touched the ground again at exactly 2 pm.

...From there, the process followed the regulations, starting with passport submission, baggage claim, and finally, the Singapore Tourism Board picking us up in a van at Changi Airport ...

...before heading to the hotel to drop off their belongings and then taking them to the next interesting tourist spot.

...After completing the mission and placing the bag at the accommodation, I set off to the first interesting place, which is "Thian Hock Keng Temple" located on Telok Ayer Street in Chinatown ... This temple is considered one of the most sacred temples in Singapore. ..

...Apart from the structural design of the temple, where no nails are used, ...inside the temple there are also many sculptures, wood carvings of various deities...which Tian Hok Keng Temple was built by Chinese immigrants who came by sea to worship the goddess Mazu, the goddess of the sea who helped them survive the dangers of the sea..

...With its unique features, this temple has always attracted tourists, both Singaporeans and foreigners, to visit, worship, and make offerings. ...

...They then traveled to another temple located near the Tian Hock Keng Temple, which is the "Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum"...

...The reason why this temple is called Wat Phra Kaew is because the top floor of the temple houses the Phra Borommathat Phra Kaew (Buddha's tooth relic). This is the origin of the name that Thai people commonly use. ...

...Floor 1 - Used for religious ceremonies / Floor 2 - Various religious artworks, paintings, and sculptures / Floor 3 - A museum showcasing the history of various important deities / Floor 4 - The top floor, a hall where the relics of the Buddha and the Crystal Tooth are kept. The room is beautifully decorated, *but photography is not allowed*.

...After visiting the two temples, we will continue our walk and explore the atmosphere of Chinatown.

...For those who are planning to travel on their own, you can easily get there by taking the MRT to Chinatown Station, Exit A. Then, walk towards South Bridge Road, passing by shops selling clothes, food, and other items. You'll definitely arrive at the destination without getting lost.

...Art and craft shops selling handmade goods, clothing, and souvenirs. These shops can be found along the main road and in the small alleys leading to the MRT Chinatown station.

...The large number of people who came included both foreign tourists, Europeans, Asians, and Muslims, who were all very interested in walking around Chinatown. ..

...Apart from the shopping area where you can buy things to take home, the food zone is another area that is worth walking around. Especially if you have enough money, it will be a fun and enjoyable eating experience for all food lovers.

...Walking around, in some corners you can feel the scent of the West mixed in... And as far as I can see, most of the restaurants in this area are European-style, quite a few...

...The colors and atmosphere invite you to walk around and take pictures. You can see new things, people, and streets that always make you happy. The Chinatown Food Street, where food is sold, is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.

...We spent time in the Chinatown area, including dinner, and then around 7:30 pm, we prepared to travel to another interesting new park in Singapore... Gardens by the Bay…

...as there is no time to come during the day, which would be another kind of beauty, so I would be happy to come at night...

...Gardens by the Bay is a new park in Singapore that was established around 2012. The park is built on reclaimed land. Gardens by the Bay is part of the famous Marina Bay Sands resort in Singapore. ... The highlight of the park is undoubtedly the giant artificial trees (The Supertree Grove), which range in height from 25 to 50 meters. ...

...The timing of my arrival was incredibly fortunate. As soon as I stepped into the garden, the light and sound show of the giant trees began, perfectly coinciding with the moment I set up my tripod.

...The show lasts about 15-20 minutes... As soon as the light show on the tree started, I immediately adjusted the camera... Along with finding a shooting angle in a short time...

...For those who want to take beautiful pictures of these giant trees, it is recommended to choose your angle early, while there is still light, as the beauty you see will be worth capturing. Also, if you are using a wide-angle lens, it is even better to capture a wider view...

...The first night ended with a spectacular and amazing sight of the giant tree, before preparing to go to various interesting places the next day.

...Around 9:30 AM, there were quite a few tourists who came to take pictures, and this number is expected to continue throughout the day and into the evening...

...Due to the abundance of travel programs to various destinations, we only have a short time to spend here, around 20 minutes, before we have to move on to the next location...

...After whetting your appetite with a photo of the Merlion, it's time for a mid-morning snack at Chye Seng Huat Hardware, another famous coffee shop in Singapore...

...This coffee shop also has a coffee roasting room, a coffee bar, a coffee school, and a coffee lab, as well as a small room for selling souvenirs to tourists...

...take a break to sit in the cool air, sip coffee, eat cake, and have some dessert to recharge...

...Then we continued our journey to the next interesting and equally cool place, the "Art Science Museum"...

...and we arrive at Marina Bay Sands, which is next to the Art Science Museum, where we are going...

…So I took a walk to the museum. Along the way, I was amazed by the beauty of the various architectural designs, from the walkways to the seating areas to the nearby buildings. But what made it most pleasing to the eye was the orderliness and cleanliness of the area.

...walking around taking pictures of that angle, looking down at this angle... In my heart, I admire the cleanliness and orderliness of what I see, all of which is the result of the measures and discipline of the people here...

...After walking past the Marina Bay Sands building for about 20 minutes, including taking photos, I finally arrived at the front of the Art Science Museum...

...The building's unusual shape has been compared to a lotus flower, a peeled pomelo, and even a spaceship or flying saucer. It's all a matter of imagination, and perhaps the designer intended to leave it up to the viewer to decide what it really is. However, the architect, Moshe Safdie, who also designed the Marina Bay Sands hotel, has said that he was inspired by a variety of things, including the lotus flower, the palm of a hand, and the structure of mangrove roots. ...

...Simply put, the Art Science Museum is divided into two sections: permanent exhibitions related to the story of Singapore, and rotating exhibitions from abroad that change periodically. For example, during my visit in early July 2014, there were two rotating exhibitions on display: ...

• This page shows the admission fees at different rates depending on the number of people we choose to enter.

...Throughout the exhibition period of Dinosaurs: Dawn to Extinction, there will be narrators walking around to guide visitors through the different sections and provide small bits of knowledge. Or, for those who are interested in reading for themselves, there are detailed descriptions of the species and the era of origin of each dinosaur.

...In my personal opinion, I think the Art Science Museum breaks the mold of the image of a museum that most people would perceive as old and outdated. Instead, it seamlessly blends art and science, demonstrating perfectly how these two things have always gone hand in hand...

** Take the Yellow Line to Bayfront Station and go up to Level 3. The exit to the Art Science Museum will be right there. **

...Helix Bridge, a stunning viewpoint in this area... The sight of the white buildings, designed to harmonize with the surrounding architecture, creates a beautiful scene.

...The bridge's roof structure is made of stainless steel, and it was designed and built by a collaboration of Singaporean and Australian architects.

...The Helix Bridge connects the Art Science Museum, Marina Bay Sands with the Singapore Flyer (the world's tallest Ferris wheel), running parallel to the Bayfront Bridge and the Benjamin Sheares Bridge for road traffic.

...Along the bridge, there are small resting points that protrude slightly for viewing the scenery... During the day, it is beautiful, and at night, it must be even more beautiful with the lights of the bridge and the surrounding buildings. It's a pity that there are no pictures from the night time...

...The short time from the rather tight schedule left only 15 minutes to walk on the bridge... Plus the hot sun, it took a lot of running to get each shot... But it was worth it because after this it was lunchtime, before going to the next tourist spot in the Kampong Glam district and the Sultan Mosque.

...This area is lined with shops selling clothes, souvenirs, antiques, and decorative items. Although the prices are relatively high, there are always tourists passing by. In addition, Haji Lane is probably a good place for people who like to take pictures, either as models or as photographers. This is because the colors and decorations of each shop are very trendy...

...As seen in the top picture, it is a picture of a golden mosque, towering and majestic, visible from afar...

...and finally, the golden mosque appeared clearly in front of them...

...After soaking up the atmosphere of the Indian style for a while, it was time to travel to another place according to the program that was arranged to go to, which is "Sentosa" ...

...We then spent about 30 minutes walking around the Trick Eye Museum, as it wasn't very big. Before heading out to Sentosa Cove...

...The evening air is calm and the sun has set. A gentle breeze blows, and the ripples on the water move with the rhythm of the wind...

...Although I've never been to a European country, being here gives me a similar feeling to a great extent.

... The Sentosa Cove area is very peaceful. It's another spot that makes you feel like you're truly relaxing if you come here to unwind. ...

...With its clean space, beautifully decorated restaurants and shops around it, it further enhances the luxurious atmosphere of this area...

...As the evening draws to a close after work, it becomes a time for many people to relax... Some come to walk, ride bicycles, or exercise, depending on their preferred leisure activities.

...before concluding today's images with the Wings of Time show at Sentosa Park in the next image...

...The Wings of Time show is a nighttime light and sound show at Sentosa Park...

...by weaving stories through various presentation techniques... which were well-received by the children... before returning to the hotel to prepare for the last day of sightseeing before returning home in the evening of the following day.

...In the picture below is a Thai woman selling flowers in front of the temple. If anyone comes across her, please stop by and say hello.

...concluding the journey with a view of Orchard Gateway before heading back to the famous shopping district with a wide variety of goods, walking a long distance...

...This event might not be my cup of tea as I'm not a shopaholic, so I just took a quick look around and snapped a few photos before heading back to Changi Airport...

...After checking in and dropping off our luggage at the airport, all that was left was to wait for our flight...

...This trip went by so fast. Seeing new things made me feel like there's still so much out there to discover. As I mentioned at the beginning, I never thought I would be impressed by anything in Singapore. But in just three short days, I saw so many things that reflected on me, society, living conditions, and even population care within the country... It was more impressive than I ever imagined...

...The wheels on both sides that were touching the runway are now folded again, preparing to fly back to Bangkok.

... Today's impression is filled with images of a clean, orderly, and disciplined city. There may be some chaos, but it feels like everything is still within the rules... The beautiful city, interesting tourist attractions, the design of buildings and structures that use both innovative and modern ideas, combined with technology seamlessly... It makes me feel that if I have the chance, I would like to come back again...

...And most importantly, thank you to all my friends who came to see this album... I hope that many of the pictures will bring you some happiness, no matter how small... Foreign countries are truly beautiful, but Thailand also has its own beauty that is no less impressive, depending on how you look at it... After seeing this post, if anyone wants to travel to Singapore, I hope you get to travel as you wish. But don't forget to travel around our own Thailand as well... ^^
