Hello, this is the time when the weather is about to change seasons in Japan. Many of you may be planning to travel to see the changing leaves.

Autumn in Japan begins in September and lasts until November. This colorful season is a time of pleasant weather, neither too hot nor too cold. The temperature gradually cools down in October, and there may still be occasional showers. The trees begin to change color from green to red, orange, and yellow, with maple leaves turning particularly vibrant shades of red. Ginkgo trees turn a brilliant yellow. The changing leaves create a stunning spectacle in each city for over a month, starting from Hokkaido in the north and moving south to Kyushu.

This season is considered another high season for traveling to Japan because it is the time when nature in the forests, temples, shrines, and public parks is at its most colorful. It is a beautiful and romantic season, and by the end of November, the leaves will have fallen from the trees, leaving only bare branches to await the cold winter winds.

This year, The Okura Prestige Hotel is hosting the Koyo Autumn Festival from September 15th to October 31st at La Patisserie and Up & Above. The festival features a beautiful and delightful Afternoon Tea set.

What will Afternoon Tea for Koya Autumn Festival look like? Let's take a look and taste in this Mini Review together.

Many people might be wondering what Koyo is, just like us.

KoYo is the period when leaves change color from green to red, orange, or yellow before they fall to the ground.

Here is a forecast of the changing leaves in Japan, in case anyone is planning a trip.
