Grilled prawns are a favorite food of many people. I believe everyone likes them. The Square restaurant has organized this promotion to please grilled prawn lovers in particular. The prawns used are farmed prawns from sources that the hotel has procured to ensure freshness, quality, and standard size.

The Square restaurant has upgraded its charcoal grill for grilling shrimp to a larger size to accommodate the needs of customers. You will no longer have to wait in long lines for grilled shrimp. (It is estimated that the long waiting time occurred when the new promotion was launched.) Another improvement made by the hotel is the slow food refilling. Now there are staff specifically responsible for refilling food. If you go, please observe.

For the "Prawn Mania" festival, Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit is offering a 2-for-1 promotion (THB 1,233 net for 2 persons, or an average of THB 617 per person) with various credit cards, including Krungsri, Central Card, Kbank, SCB, and AEON. The steamed fish with soy sauce was delicious. It was one of the dishes that ran out quickly. The hotel kept refilling it so there was no shortage.

The food was plentiful and there were no long queues, even though there were quite a few guests on the day I went.

This Prawn Mania festival offers a wide variety of dipping sauces to accompany your grilled prawns, going beyond the usual seafood sauce. You can choose from tamarind sauce (similar to the sweet fish sauce served with bitter bean), spicy jaew sauce, roasted chili paste, Chinese-style stir-fried chili paste with fermented soybeans, and more. Be sure to try them all!

At The Square restaurant at the Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit, it's not grand, but it's complete. We can choose what we like. Personally, I think this place is good for seafood.

The Prawn Mania festival is on from today until the end of June. Personally, I think the best deals are the credit card promotions like "buy 2 get 1 free" or using the Accor card, which costs around 617 baht.
