I had the opportunity to visit Pattaya for a relaxing vacation. I redeemed my writing review points for a gift voucher for accommodation in Pattaya and decided to spend a night there. I also took this opportunity to review the accommodation for my friends who might be interested. The hotel I stayed at was Hotel J Pattaya.

Hotel J Pattaya is a 4-star hotel according to online travel agencies (OTAs). Located in North Pattaya on Soi 5, it is near the Pattaya City Hall. To reach the hotel, exit the motorway at the junction onto Sukhumvit-Pattaya Road. Turn right onto Sukhumvit Road and drive for approximately 500 meters, then turn left onto North Pattaya Road. Follow the road as shown on the map.

I arrived in the evening and exchanged a gift voucher for two deluxe rooms. The check-in process required a cash deposit of 1,000 baht per room key. After checking in, I took a look around the room. The overall condition of the room was spacious and well-equipped with standard hotel amenities. The bathroom, like many modern hotels, had a window that could be opened to see the bedroom. This allows guests to relax in the bathtub while watching TV in the bedroom or for other purposes. There was also a balcony to enjoy the view outside.

The outdoor view overlooks two swimming pools. The guest rooms in the building opposite belong to another hotel in the same chain, Hotel J Inspiration, which shares common facilities such as the restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness center.

Starting at just over 1,000 baht when booked through online travel agencies, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the beach and other major attractions, despite not being directly on the beachfront.
