This time was extra special because I was selected by the "พักสบาย" Facebook page's new reviewer search program to visit and photograph the Holiday Inn Pattaya for a review. Both my partner and I had been wanting to stay at this hotel, so it was the perfect opportunity for my first SR review.

For our dinner tonight, we dined at the Rooftop Bar, located on the 25th floor of the Executive Tower.

Today's menu is called Romantic Seafood Platter.

This morning, I woke up early to photograph the breakfast room at G Cafe in the Bay Tower building.

A must-try menu item is the pizza, which is freshly made by the chef from scratch, starting from kneading the dough to baking it in the oven.

The order can be placed for two pages on the same tray. However, today I ordered a single-page version, which is the Tom Yum Goong page. It is beautifully styled in an oval shape, making it very appealing.

My favorite dish, spicy seafood spaghetti, was a bit too spicy, but still delicious. Perhaps if it were less spicy, it wouldn't be as flavorful.

I asked the staff if foreigners could handle this level of spiciness. They replied that the chef always asks whether the customer is Thai or foreign before preparing the dish.

The Kids' Club offers X-BOX games and craft activities for young children.

Located on North Pattaya Beach, the hotel has approximately 600 rooms across two buildings. The rooms are arranged in a herringbone pattern, ensuring that every room has a sea view.
