"Mae Kampong Village" is located in Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. This is the first trip to Chiang Mai Province. Many people may not know where "Mae Kampong Village" is and how to get there. Of course, today "Following the Sun" volunteers to take friends straight to "Mae Kampong Village". This trip, we traveled without booking accommodation in advance. Because in "Mae Kampong Village" there are many "homestays", so we are not too worried about this. Our trip traveled from Bangkok to Chiang Mai by Thai Lion Air from Don Mueang to Chiang Mai, taking only 1 hour. Then we contacted to rent a motorcycle from Bikky shop. If anyone wants to rent a car here, please contact 094-606-0111. When we were ready, we headed to Mae Kampong Village.
Nestled amidst lush greenery, Mae Kampong Village is a secluded haven where a pristine stream meanders through the quaint settlement. The allure of visiting Mae Kampong Village lies in experiencing the unadulterated beauty of nature, from the verdant forests and sparkling streams to the harmonious coexistence of villagers with their surroundings. The village's proximity to Chiang Mai, coupled with its pristine natural environment, has made Mae Kampong Village a popular destination for tourists seeking to immerse themselves in the tranquility and local way of life.
