Hello everyone.

This time, SOtraveler had the opportunity to enjoy a Sunday brunch buffet at another hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel's name and location are clearly stated: "Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square".

The passage of time has brought about numerous transformations to the area known as Siam Square, a hub of fashion, hipness, and coolness. As a top-tier destination, it constantly updates its look and trends to attract a diverse crowd, including tourists, shoppers, and, of course, foodies.

The Square at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square: A Sunday Brunch Experience

The Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has been a fixture in the area for many years. On a recent visit for their Sunday Brunch, I was struck by the hotel's transformed appearance. The interior has been renovated with a modern and vibrant design, a significant departure from its previous style. Notably, The Square restaurant remains largely unchanged, retaining its warm and inviting atmosphere. The majority of patrons were families enjoying a leisurely brunch together.

To alleviate the heaviness of the meal, alternate between vegetable salads, meat dishes, and seafood.

Is there still room for bread and cheese?
Personally, if I don't eat it beforehand, I eat it at the end when we're having a good chat.

Regarding the Italian food line,
The pizza seems to be freshly made from the oven because it is placed in a heat preservation cabinet like this.
When you pick it up to eat, it is still warm.

The Japanese food selection is equally impressive, with a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, maki, and rolls available. The options are extensive and cater to all preferences.
