Speaking of happiness, I'm sure eating is on everyone's list of joys. Haha! I'm no different. But today, I'm feeling adventurous and want to try authentic Cantonese cuisine. The challenge is to find a place that's delicious, has a nice atmosphere, good service, and is affordable. That's why I had to drive into the heart of the city to come here.

The Chinese Restaurant, Xin Tian Di, is located in the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park Hotel, opposite Lumpini Park. When you arrive at the hotel, take the elevator to the 22nd floor. Upon exiting the elevator, you will find plush sofas waiting for you to relax and wait. However, if you arrive before the restaurant opens, please be aware that it is not open all day. It is divided into two sessions:

Lunchtime hours

Dinner Hours

Those who have already made a reservation can approach the reception staff. For those who have not yet made a reservation, the staff will arrange seating for you. There is no need to worry about standing for a long time.

Let's take a look at the overall atmosphere first. I went to have dinner around 6 pm. It was raining all day when I went, and I went as soon as the restaurant opened, so there weren't many people. I took some photos to share with you. This is a Chinese restaurant, so the decoration is a bit Chinese, but it's more of a contemporary Chinese style, not like the Qin Dynasty or anything. It's a bit modern, judging from the decorations and the color scheme.

As mentioned, the dining room at Sin Tian Di offers a variety of seating options, including small tables for groups of 2-3 people and traditional Chinese-style rotating round tables. For those who prefer a more private setting, private dining rooms are also available. The choice is yours!

Pan did not use the private room option, so she was able to enjoy the city view in the evening. The view after the rain was a bit hazy, but she secretly liked the small garden on the balcony that was arranged for her to enjoy.

After walking around the shop, we returned to our table. Pan sat at a round table for three people. We were about to eat. Let's take a look at the highlights of this article: the food itself. Let's go!

Tips (^ . -) While waiting for your food, Pan recommends sipping tea. It will make your food taste better. Try it and see!

NEW HEAVEN AND EARTH SET MENU PROMOTION

Pan and her friends enjoyed a set meal promotion offered by the restaurant. This promotion was particularly convenient for those who were unsure of what to order. There were three sets available, each catering to different preferences.

These three sets are available from Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM. Orders are not accepted outside of these hours. You can order other dishes from the menu during these times.

PROMOTION Set A

Price 307 Baht (including tax)

The set menu includes Sichuan seafood soup, shrimp and pork dumplings, taro stuffed with char siu, Hokkien noodles, and barley water (hot/cold).

PROMOTION Set B

Includes scallop dumplings, Teochew steamed dumplings, shrimp stir-fried with lemon butter sauce, tofu in Szechuan style, roast duck noodle soup, and chilled cantaloupe sago.

Promotion Set C

Price: 342 Baht (inclusive of tax)

The menu features a variety of dishes, including shrimp wonton soup, deep-fried shrimp with wasabi salad, crab fried rice, pork chop with boiled egg in Hong Kong sauce, and tofu fruit salad.

The last set of photos will be a bit smaller, because I must confess that I was starting to get hungry. Hehe... Pan and I went together, 3 people in total, and we each ordered a set. We were lightly full today. It was another impressive dinner in a luxurious restaurant. Some people might not dare to try it because they are afraid the price will be too high, or that only hotel guests can eat there. Let me tell you, if you don't come and try it, you will regret it. ^.^

See you later, and I'll come back to gossip with you again next time. Bye!
